Chapter Application

Thank you for showing interest in building a Naturally Chapter Community in your city. Our application and process is based on learnings from the past 15+ years of building and growing chapter ecosystems around the U.S. Our goal is to ensure that every new chapter is set up for success to launch and successfully grow and thrive.

Timing Expectations: prospective chapters could spend up to a year holding meetings and collecting information before applying to the Naturally Network for full chapter status. Other forming chapters may be able to apply after only a few months' time.

Pre-Application: provides basic requirements and information in order to ensure a successful application and Chapter Launch plan.

Application: upon reviewing the pre-application and satisfying the checklist, you will be asked to sign an NDA and provided with the full application (65+ pages).

We kindly ask that you fully review the materials as they are comprehensive and address most, if not all areas as well as attend the information sessions. If there are further questions, please reach out via the email below.

Before applying, we encourage you to:

• Join an chapter and attend as many events as possible

• Reach out to chapter board members and those involved to see if it makes sense for your community

• Read through the Pre-Application checklist (please email for access to pre-application)

• Attend an information session - we will be posting updates on a virtual Q&A + session at Expo West in early 2022

Key 2022 Dates

• For 2022, there will be one application window - January 2 - May 1, 2022

• Pre-Application + NDAs due - March 1, 2022

• Pre-Application Information + Q&A virtual session - January 28, 1pm CT (email us for the link)

• Application Information sessions - Expo West (March 8) + Virtual Q&A (March 3)

• Full Application - upon successful completion and acceptance of Pre-Applications, you will receive a Full Application - these are due May 1, 2022 (all items must be completed by this date)

• Naturally Network board approves chapter charter into organization - July 1, 2022

• Earliest “go live date” - September 2022 - approximately two months to file with IRS, finalize corporate docs, get bank account (etc.); set up CRM, website, and digital assets

Application Highlights

• Complete Full Chapter Application

• $100K Funding Minimum (committed capital from sponsors/donors)

• Signed Naturally Network Chapter Agreement

• Submission and Acceptance of Non Profit 501 (c)(6) to IRS

• Creation of bank account

• Payment of Annual fees to Naturally Network: Chapter Annual Fee and CRM & Job Board

• Agreement to base membership fee of $99
